Tipping
China's Tourism Law says a tour guide or tour leader must not ask you for a tip. The Ministry of Culture and Tourism said in 2020 that a tip is a voluntary thank-you, and that it would not write a required tip into law. That law does not say what to do in a restaurant or a taxi. This app does not tell you to tip, or not to tip, in those places.
Prices
The Tourism Law says a scenic area must post its ticket price and any extra charges where you can see them. It does not give a rule for bargaining in a market. This app does not tell you how to bargain.
